Sentido Fido Tucan - Adults Only

The staff were friendly and efficient. The buffet restaurant serve a varied selection and was of a good standard, catering for different nationalities. Around the pool, the fast food outlet was popular. Especially if you wanted to take part in the poolside activities. Our room was comfortable and clean. My only criticism was a smell of cigar smoke. Rooms do have smoke detectors but perhaps the previous guests had been smoking in the bathroom. The cleaning staff did their best to eliminate the smell, but it was four days into the holiday, before the smell had completely gone.

Hotel was great, very nicely decorated and the food was always good. The entertainment could be a lot better, was the only thing that let it down.

This was a very pleasant hotel with staff eager to please in all departments.Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was always a smile.

Hotel was close to several beaches, very good location.

Hotel was central to all shops restaurants coves and marina,also bus stop outside. Room and all areas of hotel was clean. Food and entertainment was also good.

Its our first time visiting Cala a D'or and the first time that we had stayed at a Sentdio Hotel we pleased with the hotel , very clean, food to a good standard would defiantly return.

We are a couple in our 30's. This hotel is crazy noisy because of a neighbouring hotel, which means we got no sleep. All inclusive in Spain means only certain hours of the day, not 24/7 like we are used to. The hotel is 95% a Thomas Cook hotel, meaning there is no proper welcome or info for non TC guests. The general population was 55+. The pool is also cold, not heated, apparently not even by the sun as agreed by the staff. The location is good for the beaches and the buffet dinner is nice enough, but not excellent. In our opinion this is a 3 star not 4, but a nice enough one. Also the area is very Brits Abroad, so if you like English food or have young kids it is a nice easy spot.... but per the title, just not for us.

This is the third time we've had an all inclusive short break in Cala D'or. This was the best. We had room 151. It's on the corner facing the see and has an extra balcony. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had a massive dinner plate shower. The pool area is large enough that finding a sunbed isn't too challenging. The beach is just across the street and the busiest part of the town is almost just as close. The food was very good. Much better than the usual buffets that you get in this type of hotel. All in all, great value.
