Sentido Fido Tucan - Adults Only

We came to Mallorca to deep water solo. We didn't spend very much time at the hotel and didn't use most amenities. The food was pretty good and the staff was nice. We were disappointed on how uncomfortable the beds were. We had requested a queen and had received two twins that were very hard. Please invest in some foam or extra padding please. We liked having the balcony off the room. It overlooked the pool. The location was great and walking distance to all the shops for souvenirs. Also, all-inclusive is a stretch. If you don't want to eat and drink on their schedule you are coming out of pocket.

Staff were very helpful, location was perfect- only a short walking distance from the beautiful cove beach and near lots of restaurants and local food shop. My boyfriend and I stayed all inclusive, which was worth it for the waters and drinks we had throughout the day. Food was a little disappointing but there are lots of places very close by if you fancied a change. Hotel interior was modern and clean. The room was lovely. The main negative for me, was the sun beds. The arms on them were a bit awkward and made of metal so became too hot to rest your arms on in the sun and they needed a good clean as tanning creams had made them a bit sticky. Overall, they aren't very practical and could do with an upgrade... Regardless, we had a wonderful stay at Sentido Tucan, and consider returning in the future with friends (hopefully they'll have new sun beds by then!)

Great staff helping me with my stay. Really fantastic location but sometimes a bit noisy from the pool. I'd stay here again though as it was great value.

Stayed with my parents and siblings. Was less luxury than we expected but still a good break. Food was varied but had to pick the good bits from the buffet. would not come back to the same hotel especially as the small beach nearby is just too crowded.

Reception staff checked me in early which was great, but the rooms are very small and I think I got the last room in the hotel - facing a building at the back. The room itself was nice, comtempoary, clean and comfortable. The reception / bar and pool area are great. Really spacious with plenty of seats and sun loungers. The pool was immaculate and the staff were friendly. The hotel has prime location in Cala D'or, 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the centre of the resort. Cala gran gets quite busy, so I'd recommend walking to some of the other beaches on the other side of town. The only let down was the food, which was pretty terrible. I went half board but I'd recommend skipping food and eating out at the nearby restaurants. That being said, you can't really complain for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, I'd just skip half board. If you can get a cheap all inclusive deal, it might be worth it for the alcohol alone.
