Difficulté à ouvrir la porte à chaque fois que nous rentrions

Just got home from hotel stayed there 10 nights on arrival we had to wait 2 hours until we checked in we were then told there was no fridge kettle and safe in the room so we had to update our room this cost us an extra 250 euros when seeing the room it was a bit disappointing even though it was clean the room was very dated there was big gaps on the laminate floor the bathroom was nice and the air conditioning was good the best thing about the hotel was the staff especially in the restaurant and lounge bar they were very good the food was good some days but other days not so good was bad for two days with really bad dyarea the entertainment staff were very good as time went on the hotel grew on me met some lovely people would i go back not sure

Me alojé una noche en el Hotel Punta del Rey buscando un fin de semana relajante. La habitación era amplia, limpia y con bonitas vistas al mar, las montañas y el jardín interior. También agradecí mucho el detalle de bienvenida: una botella de vino y bombones. Las instalaciones exteriores, especialmente la piscina y el solárium con jacuzzi, están bastante bien, aunque muy concurridas. El desayuno era variado.

Lo peor de la experiencia fue el trato del personal. Tanto en recepción como en el restaurante encontré una actitud fría, poco amable y, en algunos momentos, incluso desagradable. El check-in fue muy poco acogedor y el check-out terminó con una empleada hablándome de forma bastante brusca. Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y potencial, pero la atención al cliente necesita mejorar mucho para que la experiencia esté a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
