Hotel Tobazo

Hotel location, staff was very friendly, bath was looking clean and nice, breakfast is good (if you still manage to find what you want to eat)

- breakfast espresso machine broke and no replaces was given (no other espresso machines) - breakfast had very good food, but if you went to breakfast at about 9AM you will find some of the things they provide missing ( one day was butter, the other day was honey), all days orange juice. Poor refiling from the staff ( due to missing items not their speed) - rooms were decent in size and with a great view, but the beds were lacking... everything. WE are a couple and got double beds, that would have been ok, but beds literally move (they were beds with wheels) which causes a lot of discomfort. - if you plan to sleep after 8AM, forget about it ( i do understand it's a wood made hotel) as it has 0 soundproof. You can hear the neighbours talk and every step on the hallway.

Ran out of orange juice 2 out of three mornings. Bread selection was poor on the 3rd day.. Coffee machine broke after 1st day. But for the price no real complaint.

Super friendly staff and a lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in an exellent location and easy to find.All the staff were very friendly and the guy on reception upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable ,the bedding was very good and the heating worked.The bar prices were reasonable ,the evening meal was tasty and the buffet breakfast had a good and varied choice of both hot and cold food.we will be back.
