The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location set on a hill overlooking the marina and Palma cathedral. The reception staff and absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies are also so friendly and would do Anything to help and oblige you. And we loved our new friend the robot 🤣🤣

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer mit Meerblick ist spektakulär. Das Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt, auch wenn es etwas laut war in der Halle. Der Empfang war äusserst freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wenn man Stadturlaub ohne Mietauto plant, dann ist diese Lage vielleicht nicht so optimal. Um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu fahren, muss man ganz schön den Hang hoch laufen, wenn man zurückkommt. Runter war nicht schlimm. Und sonst nimmt man ein Taxi für ca. 15 Euro ist man im Zentrum.

I had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Hotel Valparaíso Palace — in fact, this was already my fourth time staying here, which says everything about how much I love this hotel. Every visit has been consistently exceptional, and it truly feels like coming back to a place where you are always warmly welcomed. The service is impeccable. The staff are professional, friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make every stay special. From check-in to departure, everything is handled perfectly and with genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over Palma that never get old. I especially love the relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire property — it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mallorca in style. The pool area is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful gardens and always very clean and relaxing. Breakfast is another major highlight: a huge variety of fresh and high-quality food, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a luxury experience. The location is also excellent — peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Palma city center and the marina. It’s the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. After four stays, I can confidently say this hotel maintains an incredibly high standard in every aspect. That consistency is rare and very appreciated. I absolutely love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca. Outstanding in every way — I will definitely be coming back again!

Überdurchschnittlich freundliches Personal. Frühstück war ok, Note 7 auf einer Skala von 1-10. Lage und Aussicht der Zimmer mit Meerblick auf Palma atemberaubend.
