Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner. The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee. The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain. The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00. All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th. Bookings of 5 rooms or more, special conditions and supplements may applyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
