Great staff, super helpful

The restaurant food was not great

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of girlfriends on a mini break and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel! From check in to check out we had the most amazing stay! Our rooms were spacious and with everything that you’d expect to find and a few little extra touches! All staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, from reception, to breakfast and bar staff. Breakfast was incredible, with the choices on offer & even cava was on offer …. The staff at breakfast were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble! The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool area was spacious and we always managed to get beds together, even after 11am. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride (15minute walk) down into Palma, which is a beautiful city, with do many restaurants and sights on offer. We’ll definitely be back to this beautiful hotel!

Belle chambre et grande piscine.

Localisation un peu éloignée du centre ville nécessitant obligatoirement une voiture. Aucun personnel pour s’occuper des bagages, aucun nécessaire de toilette dans la chambre. Il faut toujours demander à la réception même pour avoir de l’eau. En revanche personnel de l’accueil sympathique qui fait son possible. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Location is great with big swimming pool.

It is a very dated 5 star hotel. Food at the beach bar is low quality. Need to keep it simple. Trying to be posh menu but quality is poor.

Excellent location, pools and breakfast.

The hotel have now contacted me regarding my deposit, it’s a shame it took a trip advisor review for this to be done, and asked me if o remove my original review. The staff when staying were amazing. Better service after would have been appreciated.

This hotel is amazing . The friendliness from the staff is 5 star . Linda , Tolo and Alex were exceptional. The breakfast choice was 💯 and the food was 5 star . The beds were very comfy and the room was clean . Our view was amazing . The only thing I would say and it’s a very small negative is that the pool food should be more snacks like sandwiches / burgers as the menu only really offered larger meals . We will return though

We had such a good time at the Valparaiso palace. Starting with a very chic and luxury smell when you arrive, then the staff at the hotel is just too nice. If you are lucky enough maybe you will meet Alicia at the reception which really adapted to our customer profile and needs in a very kind and professional manner. She really is the 6th star of the hotel. Every thing was clean, rooms were luxurious and well decorated. One of the best hotel experience in a lifetime.
