The front desk staff is thé worst ever seen , unprofessional and vulgar , the person at the front desk Saïda should be somewhere else the front desk is really not her place , I tried to speak to the manager and came back ( as we left after being treated very badly ) but of course he was not available , how badly this hotel is handling the front desk reception is just unbelievable my mother felt sick after the breakfast ( she start vomiting , I ask to extend after two night to one night more as she was vomiting , she say no full ( and after when I got mad cause I did not know what to do , she say it was possible ?!) we book the Hercules hotel for the unexpected night more in Ceuta , this person was very rude I would like to make a complain regarding this person and an other one not helpful at all named Ignacio , o should have call the police on her , also the hotel has a better standing then the staff at the reception , staff from breakfast and cleaning ladies were the best, amazing human being , but the front desk is so unprofessional and rude, I just can’t believe it , this ruined the image of the hotel that should hire professionals ! And no vulgar people with no hospitality skills !

At the end nothing , disgusting experience especially when you have a elder parent who got sick in the hotel ! Front desk does not match the standing of the hotel , unprofessional and vulgar they should hire professional who went to hospitality school , definitely not the case !

Bel emplacement, idéal pour visiter la petite ville de Ceuta. Personnel, fort sympathique., Confortable, agréable.
