La ubicación y la tranquilidad La atención del personal del bar y el restaurante

Que no avisasen de que la piscina cerrada. Hicieron obras en la misma planta y no avisaron No avisaron tampoco de que un día no iba el WiFi, tuvimos que preguntar en recepcion

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous nous étions trompés lors de la réservation, mais l’équipe a réussi à trouver une solution et à arranger le problème rapidement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel et à l’écoute. Une mention spéciale à la dame de l’accueil qui parlait français : elle nous a beaucoup aidés . Nous la remercions chaleureusement ainsi que toute l’équipe de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

"A good spot for staying in Ceuta."

Really great place in terms of location, the breakfast was great, and the room is very comfortable.

The pool isn't open until June which I wish they'd mentioned in the bio.
