We were the victim of a hotel theft. We suspect it was the room service as no one else could access the room. Two days later we overheard a conversation at the reception desk between a German couple who had also been robbed. It seems the hotel has a problem with thefts, but the reception was unwilling to help.

First time for my wife and I in this hotel. Arrived 31st May and stayed for a week in Rm 607. Room a little compact but more than adequate. Lovely large shower room with walk in shower and separate WC. Toiletries supplied were nice. Plenty of storage for clothes etc and fridge/safe available. Balcony comfortably fittemd two people and had views over the pool/beach/sea. Lovely to wake up to ! Bed and pillows were very comfortable . Cleaners came in daily and were very efficient .Provided whatever required replacing on a daily basis. We were All Inclusive. Can't really understand negative comments about the food . A number of dishes over the week were outstanding and at no time less than adequate. Cheese at the salad section could be tastier but not much of a criticism ! All the staff at reception/bar/restaurant/cleaners work very hard and never had a single bad interaction with any of them. Nothing but praise. Only thing that annoyed me was the incredibly slowly closing lift doors. Unless you are above floor 4 just walk ! Had a lovely relaxing time here . Even with the ( lovely) rugby lads giving it large on the last couple of days ! Just what we needed. .

Kind and considerate staff, from receptionists and housekeepers to waiters, clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, various meal options, great coffee, the night was quiet, beach and train station are close. They gave us a room with a really nice view!

Tout était bien, particulièrement la vue sur mer. L,'accueil des serveurs du bar, était agréable.. La mise a disposition des brosse à dents et du dentifrices

Il manquait la miss a disposition des chaussons. Manque de variété pour l'alimentation sans gluten.
