Понравилось абсолютно все ! В отеле идет постоянная уборка ,каждый день с утра горничные идеально убирают номера и меняют полотенца. В обед уборка внутри отеля , а по вечерам прилегающей территории:) По этой причине на территории отеля всегда идеально чисто . Завтрак тоже очень понравился . Были базовые блюда которые оставались неизменными и каждый день добавляли новые разнообразные блюда . Но самое главное достоинство этого отеля - это люди которые там работают . За многолетний опыт путешествий я еще ни разу не встречала настолько открытых и добродушных людей . Женщина с ресепшен помогала нам очень сильно , когда у нас разрядился аккумулятор в машине , она звонила своим друзьям ,искала провода и искренне переживала за нас и очень хотела помочь , за что мы ей благодарны. Мужчина с ресепшен также очень добрый и гостеприимный! Мы благодарим этот отель за такой прекрасный прием ! Еще уточню , что для гостей отеля есть бесплатный паркинг на территории, что тоже не мало важно , тк во многих отелях паркинг либо отсутствует либо платный !

The hotel experience fell significantly below an acceptable standard. From arrival, there was a complete lack of basic orientation or induction. No information was provided regarding what was included in the stay, meal times, or check-out procedures. This created unnecessary confusion and reflects poor guest management. The overall standard of customer service was also disappointing. Staff were generally unengaged and unfriendly, with little effort made to create a welcoming environment. The hotel did not present as family-friendly. Throughout the stay, large groups of teenage football teams were accommodated, frequently dominating shared spaces. On one occasion, approximately twenty teenagers occupied the pool area, behaving in a disruptive and unsafe manner—diving in repeatedly and using a ball without supervision or intervention from staff. There were further concerns regarding the management of public versus guest access. It appeared that the hotel permitted external visitors at weekends. On arrival, a large group (circa 15 people with children) occupied all sunbeds for the day and later left in the evening without luggage, strongly suggesting they were not residents. This significantly reduced availability for paying guests. The pool is in the shade until nearly 10.30am and the shade returns around 3pm. Additionally, there was a clear disparity in service standards. Guests on the all-inclusive package were not offered table service for drinks, while those paying ad hoc received preferential treatment. This is both inconsistent and unacceptable. Noise and inappropriate behaviour were also not managed. On one morning, a guest brought a large speaker to the poolside at approximately 9:30am and began drinking with a group. No action was taken by hotel staff to address this disruption. Because we received no information about check-out time, a cleaner knocked on our door and advised they needed the room back within 10 minutes and so it was a rush to pack up to leave.
