Hotel Bon Sol Resort & Spa

Fabulous luxiourous peaceful hotel - family run family owned. Staff very friendly and helpful. Standard very high. Members of family eat all meals in the dining room and show genuine interest in their guests. Our third visit to the hotel and the beautiful island. Recommend taxi from airport and renting car locally - easy and pleasent car rental next door. A lovely stay - enjoying the sun and reading our books at the hotel's beautiful private cove (sea wasnt quite warm enough to swim in April)

We had a wonderful time on our Honeymoon! The food was excellent and service was first rate.

If you want to have your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean and spend the rest of your holiday lazing around this is the place to do it.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All staff were very helpful, customer service excellent. Hard to find fault with anything. However, this is not a sterile corporate chain hotel, it like staying at the home of an old wealthy relative which is decorated with the art and furniture they like and have collected over the years. However, that is the charm of the place. I would stay again.

Beautiful, traditional hotel in a quiet resort, but only 5 miles from Palma. Family run and the owners are part of the daily life of the hotel. Felt as if nothing would be too much trouble. Room was spacious and elegant with a large terrace and spotlessly clean. (Bed was a little hard for my liking, but my husband loved it) two restaurants serving four courses with plenty of choice. Direct access to the small cove - sea was clear and warm. It's a very quirky hotel set on three levels into the hillside and there are a lot of steps. Alternatively you can use the lifts and tunnel system, but still a fair amount of walking. The evening entertainment is not great but otherwise we loved it and, as many others have, we would definitely return.

As a single parent with a 13 and 16 year old this was a perfect place to stay. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and the children could safely and freely make their way around down to the sea and the pool. You could do as much or as little as you wanted with the on site gym, table tennis, pool table and spa. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the evening meals where very tasty. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

This is our 5th stay in three years at this wonderfully run family establishment. It makes such a pleasant change from the corporate run hotels. The service levels are first class, genuinely discharged with the guests at the very heart of everything they do. Each member of the team, at all levels,exudes confidence and friendliness not exhibited in many other places. Nothing is too much trouble and they appear to have anticipated every need. Delivered with a smile on everyone's face it's not hard to see why guests come back time and time again. Perhaps what is just as impressive is that they appear not to be complacent and frequently request feedback to drive further improvement. Genuinely hard to beat, don't miss out, give it a go, you won't be disappointed .
