I booked an all-inclusive package, and in my reservation it clearly stated that activities, spa access, and all drinks were included. However, upon arrival, this was not the case at all. For drinks, only one type of beer was included, while everything else either required extra payment or was simply unavailable. This does not match what was advertised in the booking. Additionally, the booking indicated that the all-inclusive service starts at 9:00 AM, but at the hotel, I was informed it only begins at 11:00 AM. The spa was also listed as included in my reservation, yet when I tried to use it, I was told I had to pay extra. Finally, I noticed a clear difference in treatment depending on the language spoken — guests who spoke French appeared to receive better service. Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations set by the booking, and I find this misleading and disappointing

Très bons services et accueil Les 2 coupes de champagne offert et 2h de spa très bien .

La literie manque de confort et le mobilier dans les Chambres commence a faire viello. Par contre faire payer la salle de sport 5€ par personne pour 2hrs je trouve ça pas normal. Merci

Hôtel propre, le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Piscine agréable proche de la plage. Les chambres sont correctes et propres.

Le restaurant est grand mais peu de variétés au buffet. Toujours la même chose le matin, aussi bien les légumes que le reste. Pas de choix. Le soir idem, pas terrible et cher par rapport à l'hôtel à côté où nous avons goûté leur buffet. Il était moins cher et de meilleure qualité avec beaucoup de variétés dans les plats.
