Staff at reception were nice enough

Having to pay for use of the gym and the spa. Meal experience at the restaurant was very poor as a vegan, with only salad ingredients available, and some roasted vegetables. No GF options either. It's almost as if meal requirements are a new concept in this establishment. Small and dated room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Walls are so thin you hear the guests next door snoring. Had to shut the bathroom window or else kitchen fumes would get in. If you have to stay in the area, as I had to in my case for an event, and dislike this type of tourism, you could try a rental apartment or airbnb.
