Residenza d'Epoca San Crispino

Fint sted - super beliggenhed med stor tereasse. Værelset på 2 sal, var stort med 2 værelser og 2 badeværelser og bar præg af ikke at være brugt et stykke tid. Der var ikke rent og ingen varmt vand - men vi fik en nøgle til et badeværelse på 1. sal for der var varmt vand. Selvom vi var der 4 dage, så blev udfordringen med vandet ikke løst. Så en score på 9,3 synes vi ikke machter det vi oplevede - desværre.

We spent 4 nights , fantastic location near Santa Chiara , easy access to all the historical corner of this unique place . Parking easy to reach via escalator 20 meters from the entrance . Our room was dated 1525 !! Plenty of restaurants nearby , where to taste the Umbria food . Our private garden and small marble table in the corner , a solitaire olive tree in the middle , complete our unforgettable stay in Assisi Thank you for a lovely welcome reserved for us . This wonderful Residenza , San Crispino Historical Mansion, is strategically located in the quintessential Italian village. It is very close to the Moiano Underground parking structure for very easy access to your car, close to all the best restaurants and sites. The views are quite possibly the best to be had in the charming hillside town. The seven different apartments vary in layout and decor, with a few of them offering lovely private terraces, these of course, are my favorites. The two bedroom apartment has a very large terrace from which you get the most sensational views of the valley and the surrounding ancient village. Breakfast is served in a building directly across the narrow road. Service is very good and the accommodations are well kept and very clean. I highly recommend staying here and have stayed numerous times already in the past.

Only spent 2 nights, wished it could have been longer. This hotel and city was the highlight of our Italy vacation. Assisi was quiet, charming and old world (medieval) as was the San Crispino Historical Mansion. Our suite had a living room with table, couch and an armoire (sink, stove, and refrigerator). It had two bedrooms and a bathroom. Breakfast is served each morning at a restaurant about 50 feet from the main entrance to the hotel. The breakfast is pastries, yogurt, oatmeal and lunch meat. They also serve hot tea and coffee (cappuccino) Plenty to choose from to start your day. We will return to Assisi, and when we do it will include this hotel.

Awesome location and view, just meters from the Basilica of Santa Chiara, reasonable walking access to all of the primary sites of Assisi, restaurants and services; very comfortable accommodations; very helpful host - thank you, Dante! A generous and well-prepared included breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer and there is absolutely no doubt we will return here! Most everything is within walking distance, but be prepared for lots of steps and inclines; many wonderful small, local restaurants; try to visit all of the churches in addition to the main Basilica of St. Francis - each has its own special history and attributes. Just outside the main city wall, on the road out of Assisi, within walking distance of our B&B, was a very good, well stocked general market.

Assisi is a quiet town and this beautiful place is very centrally located within the town. This is important as you'll be doing a LOT of walking! Our room included a very large sitting area which was also nice to have at the end of each day!

Stayed 2 nights and sorry we didn't stay longer. Our room was apparently used as a prayer room (even had a prayer bench in the BR used as a nightstand). A large, beautiful room with a HUGE, 6 person dining table for the 2 of us. A winding staircase led to additional sleeping area. A choice of items were delivered to our room as part of our breakfast. Incredible pastries and local specialties offered. May be my all-time favorite place to stay!!!!

Beatrix was the highlight of our stay here. She was friendly and helpful. The room was small but well appointed. The location is perfect - just a block from the Spanish Steps. We would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed two nights in this beautiful hotel located in a perfect area - in the heart of Assisi but very quiet. The views are spectacular and Dante took very good care of us - from our check in/out to the wonderful breakfast in the morning. He makes divine espressos and cappuccinos also.
