City Hotel Düsseldorf

Bodde to netter på hotellet i forbindelse med en messe. Enkel men god frokost, hyggelig personal samt reint på rommet. Savnet dog AC så det blei veldig varmt. Veldig god beliggenhet i forhold til undergrund og jernbanestasjon.

Relatively OK accommodation but not value for money. Kept requesting for a fan in my room which I never got. Spend all the time in the heat. Poor breakfast spread

Attention à la qualité de service du personnel, un manque de professionnalisme très important. Comportement décevant d'une réceptionniste qui s'est comportée de maniére discriminatoire et limite raciste à notre égard. Nous constatons un niveau faible de formation en comparaison a un service d'hôtel 3etoiles. Le confort des chambres laissent à désirer avec l'absence de climatisation, et l'absence de coussins confortables. Pour tout voyageur souhaitant passer un agréable sejour a la ville de Düsseldorf, Il serait préférable d'investir plus dans le budget pour recevoir un service aux normes. Hotel déconseillé aux touristes et qui nécessite une attention particulière de la part des services touristique gouvernementale de la ville.

Bra rum baren var inte den största men bra med dygnet runt öppet eftersom vi anlände vid midnatt

This is a hotel I would come back to. Nice breakfast, resonably priced. Nice with walking distance to the city center.

Checkade in på kvällen och fick bra hjälp i receptionen. Rummet var denna gång extra stort, ca 20 kvm och med badkvar i badrummet men till samma pris som tidigare.
