City Hotel Düsseldorf

Das Akzent Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhofs. Von außen sieht das Hotel wenig beeindruckend aus, dafür sind die Zimmer auf einem hohen Niveau. Die Zimmer sind modern, verfügen über ein renoviertes Bad und alles in allem eine gute Ausstattung. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Parkhaus in dem man für 30€ die ganze Woche parken kann. Das Frühstück im Hotel lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt kein frisches Obst und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Zudem fehlt eine Tür zwischen Küche und Aufgang zu den Stockwerken. Das bedeutet, dass es morgens ab 06.30 Uhr in den Zimmern der Stockwerke 1-3 (weiter oben war ich bisher nicht) nach Fett/Küche riecht. Das ist auch der Grund warum ich das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen werde. Schade eigentlich, da der Rest sehr positiv ist.

Trevligt hotell som liknade ett litet familjehotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet och badrummet var rena. Enda nackdelen var ett irriterande långsamt WiFi.

Alles war soweit OK. Teppiche in einem Hotelzimmer sind aber nicht mehr "in".

Stayed one night and enjoyed the close location to the train station and the nice facility. Very close to the old town and around the block from Schumacher brewpub and my favorite alt. Would happily stay again.

I was rather disappointed. Upon arrival when I asked about the internet: "I don't think it works." When I went out to get some food in the evening the door was locked when I returned but no one was there for 10 minutes to let me back in. The bed was really uncomfortable and small.

Friendly reception staff at this hotel, which is very handy for the station. The room was very clean and bright and the breakfast was good.
