Edinburgh Regency Guest House

Lovely guest house in Edinburg, conveniently located to public transportation and historic area is in walking distance. The staff is very kind, courteous, and concerned about the comfort of guests. The room is good sized for a guest house, and the bathroom was fine. There are only three parking spaces available. We had a car and frequently had to pay for parking on the street since there were a lot of guests with cars staying there as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice rooms and breakfast the next morning was nice.

Room was very nicely done and accommodated my family of four. Staff was super helpful and took care of us well while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay and good value for the money. The two bus routes to the guest house needed a better description of where to board these buses from the train station.
