"Trip down memory lane nearly 40 years on!"

We were in a second floor room which was a bit compact particularly in the shower room. We were comfortable, thank you. The girl serving breakfast was very helpful and interested in us and our visit to Edinburgh. There was an issue with getting in after midnight but someone appeared very quickly to let us in. 3 small parking places but free parking over the weekend just around the corner.

"Stay over for theatre visit"

Very easy to get to from Lothian Road (number 10 bus to just across road from Regency Guest House). We were made very welcome (room available from 1pm) and shown to our room (number 7) where we had great views. The room was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is from 8am to 9.30am and was delicious. Check out is by 10am. The guest house is about 10 minutes walk to Kings Theatre and it took us about 30 minutes to walk to The Festival Theatre (number 10 or 27 to Kings Theatre, 27 to Festival Theatre. Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff, highly recommended.
