Friendly service, good breakfast, 25-30 mins walk from centre. Will consider using again.

I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong day. I called them an hour later to ask them if I could cancel the booking and refund my deposit. They refused. Since I made the reservation for the next day and their policy was no cancellations within 24 hours, they were within their right. Still, it was only an hour later.

Very poor condition in a basement room, spotlight fixed with cellotape, poor quality decorating, patches of unpainted wall, tiny television slanted on wall, shower door didn't shut and came off its hinges, springs in bed (changed after we complained). Overpriced and poor quality, well below expectations and very disappointing.

No facilities for wheel chair users and had to carry own medical oxygen cylinder to room.

The hotel is charming. It is an older building that has been remodeled to be a guesthouse, which is part of what we liked. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are accessible by stairs and the staff offered to take our bags up to the room. Good wifi and a wonderful breakfast included in our booking. Downtown Edinburgh is walkable. Parking spots are limited, but paid parking lot is available nearby.

Nice B&B with bus stop close and easy transport to all attractions. Anjana was super helpful and friendly. She made us feel at home especially at the beginning of our trip so easy transition to new time zone.

The staff members were fantastic, the shower pressure was great, the breakfast was one of great quality. I am very pleased to have stayed here!

Friendly staff very willing to help. Breakfast adequate. On a main bus route although it was easy enough to walk to main attractions.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival, helped with our bags, and given instructions & helpful suggestions. Breakfast was great & our room was always cleaned daily without any complaint on our part. We would love to return!!
