Camera estremamente piccola, bagno sporco senza ventola o finestre, con muffa alle pareti. La porta del bagno non si apriva del tutto. La finestra faceva entrare aria e c’erano animali morti quando il titolare ha provato, con fatica, a chiuderla. Odore di stantio con polvere visibile. Lenzuola non pulitissime

Staff were very accommodating as we arrived after 11pm due to a delayed Eurostar. The gentleman welcomed us in and showed us our room.

The room was very warm so maybe turning on the Aircon prior to arrival would have been appreciated. We did visit during the heatwave.

Die Lage hat uns gefallen, zentral aber ruhig. Man konnte die Möwen und die Brandung schon hören. Wir waren ganz oben im Dachzimmer 110. Frühstück war gut. Das full English war sehr gut es gibt auch französisches Frühstück, weil die Gastgeberin aus Frankreich stammt, haben wir allerdings nicht probiert. Auch gibt es für Abends viele unterschiedliche vor allem französische Weine.

Das Dachfenster war toll weil man gut lüften und mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, es ist aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Staff where super friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming. Good location for access to Brighton Dome where I was heading for an event. A Fan was provided in the room which was a very welcome addition I found in the wardrobe.

The basement room was lovely and spacious. The wardrobe area smelled of damp but I could see the owners had tried to help this as they had installed vents. My room had laminate flooring which was clean and fine, however I think the room above me also had laminate flooring which meant I could hear every footsteps and movement from the above guests. Didn’t ruin my stay but perhaps something for the owners to consider

The staff I met were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean, The bathroom though small was clean . Breakfast was nice . Location is good. Was okay for a night stay

Not quite as expected , our twin room was at the very top of the house ,lots of stairs , looked very dated , odd furniture , definately not upgraded , some of the stairs etc poor condition.

Comfortable room. Good location in Kemptown. Quiet and pleasant.

A bit old fashioned, but that has its charm. Many stairs.

Das Badezimmer ist nicht gereinigt worden. Benutzte Tassen wurden nicht abgespült und Kekse nicht nachgefüllt. Alles etwas unaufmerksam

Freundliche Dame am Empfang, dank ihrem Tip Geld beim Parken gespart. Gute Lage alles fußläufig
