Top Lage, direkt am Meer, St. James Street im Kemptown mit tollen Cafés, alles in Brighton gut fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Das Haus sehr schön und auch das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen (Meerblick :))! Parken mit der Permit vom City Council (an der Rezeption erhältlich) in den umliegenden Straßen gut möglich (nicht entlang New Steine Park) und für Brighton günstig (10 Pounds/24 Std.).

Bad sehr eng und ohne Fenster. Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

Good location good room spacious with one large double and single bed with side sea view

Room 109 window was in a dreadful state rotten wood frame and no handle on the left hand side opening to shut it luckily it was not winter time
