The reception staff tried to be helpful when it came to parking the car. The room was comfortable.

The hotel is advertised as having car parking- this is incorrect. Having car parking means that you need to purchase a permit for £10 from the hotel and then finding parking on streets further away from the hotel which are all for resident permit holders. If you are able to find parking on these busy residential streets, you can use the permit purchased from the hotel. The latch on one of the windows was broken which meant it could not be completely shut, which was fine as it was warm however in the winter that may not be the case.

I have booked a room and next morning have been contacted by hotel to say we don't have available rooms Although money was refunded , it was very inappropriate and would not recommend anyone to book there
