Just had a 3 night stay, hotel very clean and tidy, breakfasts absolutely lovely, brilliant value for the money, and the lady was very helpful and lovely, would definitely recommend, location brilliant.

This is our 'Go To' hotel in Torquay. Lena and her family are so very welcoming. We were looked after very well again on our 5th visit in as many years. The room was very clean and came with lovely toiletries. This hotel is an ideal base. Far enough away from all the noise but in close proximity to some great restaurants within a very short walking distance as well as the travel interchange for the bus and ferry. And , not too far from the town centre. To us there is no better location. Thanks Lena.

We booked a short break at the Palms Torquay and were over the moon with the welcome we received. The staff were fantastic, the room was clean and very well kept and breakfast, even with a hangover, was excellent. Parking was free and easy and the hotel was in short walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend and we will return. Thank you so much, Kevin and Clair

Upon arrival at The Palms, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist called Lena. She made us feel extremely welcome and told us everything we needed to know. The bedroom was incredible, it had a lovely 4 poster bed and we had a good view from the window. The shower was very powerful and a nice temperature. Breakfast here was brilliant, we had fry ups and we could also have yoghurts, cereals, cakes if we wanted also. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Torquay so, you are only a short walk from everything.

Lovely stay here in Torquay. We stayed for two nights. Our room was a great size, we paid extra for the 4 poster bed. Lenna who runs the Palms is lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

The B&B was perfect for our little anniversary gateway. It was our first anniversary and they made the room look so special and even gave us a treat and card. The breakfast was lovely and hot food is cooked to order. There is also a great selection of fresh fruit and cereals etc. The bedroom is a great size - we had a 4 poster bed, tv, fridge and seating area. The bathroom was light and clean. In fact the cleanliness was excellent everywhere. The location is perfect for the town but it’s also quiet enough so you don’t get too much noise from late night parties. There is free parking (we were lucky and got the spot right at the back off the hotel but the other spots are only just down the path) The owners were so friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. Perfect for a couples getaway . Would definitely go again.
