Hotel Celebrity Bournemouth East Cliff by Villare hotels

Amazing value for money. Room was small but had everything even a bath ! Location great just 5 mins walk down the cliff to the beach. Staff very helpful and had a bar.

Hot when first entered room as windows had been shut- but was the hottest day in May at 34 degrees! there was a fan provided so actually surprised that the room did cool down

Awful manager. Boiling hot day and my uncle passed out and there was a que of people trying to check in but no one was coming to the reception for me or any other customer. Very rude once she did turn up and didn’t even offer a glass of water or a cool place for my uncle to sit. I had already paid over 100 pound upfront and to not be allowed somewhere quite and cool to sit and a glass of water for someone who was extremely poorly is disgusting. She offered a quiet place as the check in wasn’t until 3 but for an extra 30 pound. All we wanted was a cool place and some water….Do not go here, no compassion atall

Loved the location and especially the movie theme rooms. Will be coming back in August to make a YT video on this hotel. Carlinio9 as it was a pleasant nice stay. The price was good value too.😃 The staff were friendly.

Low water pressure which couldn’t really be helped and basic if I was being picky. Our room was above the patio and people outside were being noisy sitting out there which the hotel says only till 10PM.

The staff was happy to help with anything
