Terrible, only one thing was ok, the location. Only, building old and small spaces. We needed to pay deposit when we arrived and also more £20,00 per person because we booked together couple friends even though different rooms. Absolutely ridiculous

The property is in a good location. In advance we were informed that the property need refurbishment. However, the cleaning conditions are terrible

That hotel should be shut I can’t believe it still exist !! Manager rude , to use Wi-Fi you have to pay , rooms dirty , you pay parking £18 per night and early check in you pay extra £15. Check out way too early !! Stay away from this terrible hotel

This is a very ran down hotel there no tea and coffee available in your rooms you have to pay extra for this the bathroom was small and pokey there was literally no room to move as the sink is so wide they have a Indian restaurant in this hotel however we were put off we went for an evening meal and was highly disappointed to see someone was changing there Childs nappy on one of the side seats this was not a customer possibly a family member we were very disappointed with our stay here when we went there 18 years ago things were fabulous but now it’s just very run down

If I could rate this hotel zero I would It is terrible, by far the worst hotel I have ever had to stay in. We were falsely sold by Expedia that this hotel was all singing and dancing great hotel. Firstly on arrival we were told we had to oat an extra £40 fir parking (when it states that price is for mini buses over 8 people) The carpets are disgusting and stained, not fitted correctly and it smells damp. We were give a room on the 3rd floor which was tiny, it was filthy with dust and mold. The bed looked like it would have bugs in it. On the same floor we had a young man who was obviously not a paying customer and this made me feel very scared if I was in my own. After complaining and asking for our money or even half back they said no to everything. We were offered another room on the 2nd floor which was slightly better but not much. On the website it mentions mini bar/ fridge in the room so we brought some food and drinks.. there was not this in the room, we asked if we could put the food in a sealed bag in one if there fridges but was told they said no again which is very unhelpful We were woken up at 4am by someone next to us with a TV on really loud until 7ish. I would not recommend this hotel. Non of the staff were very friendly. The sink in the new room is blocked and overflowing. It had brought stuff up out of the trap… hair and sludge .. sticks to the sides.

Was charged an additional £20 per person immediately upon arrival, just due to the fact the twin room I'd booked (and called about) happened to be for 2 males. It does say in their terms and conditions but come on. Whats that about. Do they apply that charge for 2x females? Whats the point in paying for a twim room of 2 beds, paying a price, then being demanded to pay more upon arrival? Its a cheap and cheerful hotel. But that, the parking (you get no discount for being a guest, its a full price externally run app parking system). Plus the bar was very messy with some slightly undesirables there (screaming babies and children gone 10pm, with a large family who were aggressive).

After reading the reviews I'm currently anxiously waiting for the pending £100 deposit for 2 rooms to clear from my credit status, pictures of the rooms were taken on avival and when leaving. On arrival at 3pm I was charged an additional £3 for parking for the 2 nights so it cost £27 even though we waited and had a drink in the bar waiting for the rooms to be ready, no disabled parking and they don't recognise blue badge holders which was also frustrating. Up to the rooms and one room the window would not open and you had to screw in and screw out the light bulbs to turn them on and off on the bedside tables. The room smelt like someone had smoked in it. 2nd room was boiling hot no fan and right above the entrance with a blue light outside which was distracting at night, 1 pillow had a blood stain on which but it wasn't being used anyway. in both rooms the cold tap I didn't think was drinking water so don't drink from it and both rooms had no coffee or tea bags in 1st night was fine and we all slept well 2nd night they had a function on which we was even informed about that went on until 2am and as I was in the room above the entrance people were outside smoking and bring loud all night so I had an awful night's sleep, I did think about complaining but the way the staff were I doubt I would have received a refund or got anywhere and we just couldn't wait to get home. Rooms also look nothing like the photos on here.

Vile place! Absolutely disgusting staff rooms and bathroom! Dodgy electrics hidden charges and pictures are deceiving! When you complain you’re in the wrong! DO NOT STAY HERE
