"Shoddy and dirty "

WiFi £5 a day for one appliance. Parking £12 a day No coffee, tea or milk in room, £1 for 2 sachets of coffee and 2 teabags. Corridor and bedroom carpets dirty. Furniture shabby and falling to bits. Window latches broken. Bed not made, sheet looked as if it had been just placed on the bed and quilt cover was inside out. £214 for 2 nights.

My stay was okay, but didn’t sleep too well because I was scare the window in the room does not close. And in the toilet there is a stain which looks disgusting. If you put a lot of bleach it can leave the toilet clean. Otherwise the reception people were so friendly and helpful. Thanks

The hotel is shabby and the walls paper thin. Unable to close the window in the bathroom so noise from the street as well. Check in made unpleasant by elderly manager when i was informed a pre requested mental health issue was entirely at the management's discretion despite being requested by email on booking. Not a nice experience.

"Poor condition of service "

It was a very disappointing experience for myself and my friends. The room had dirty fans and the bathroom was dirty as well. No Wi-Fi and the receptionist stayed we had to pay for it.

Bit noisy. Guess you cannot account for fellow guests. Location A1 for beach, shopping and eating if prepared to trek a little. Why the £50 deposit.... Told it will be returned. Here's hoping. Otherwise staff kind and attentive especially on checking in and out.
