The room was fairly well presented but I did not relish having to climb 36 steps up to the top of the building because there are no lifts there.
Exceptional customer service, spotlessly clean rooms, bathroom in mint, pristine condition. Everything about this place is excellent.
We did not get the room I booked. I booked a King bed and had the reservation printed out with me but they put us in a plain room with a double bed. Since were stayed four nights it became uncomfortable because my husband is a big man and it was hard for both of us to fit. We were charged the same rate as the larger room.
It was an excellent place to stay ... homely, clean, fresh facilities, very close to the city Centre walking or there was a bus option outside the door and a very friendly promoter Andy. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
It was a nice room with a bath across the hall but close. Great access to the the bus into town just a short walk away. Parking was available along the street. Short walk to restaurants.

Hi, there was few issues: 1. constant noise of leaking pipe or waste pipe in the wall next to the bed - it was driving us mad. 2. Room had broken window, so every day we had to carry with us valuables
