"One night stop over"

Was a great location for our needs. Lady who owed & run the hotel was really friendly & helpful. Staff were in training but were happy to help as best they could. If in the same area again would definitely think about staying & the two for one cocktails a bonus.

Good sized room. Looked good in the restaurant.

Advertised room service but didn't provide it. The standard of breakfast was extremely poor, cold food, poor quality meat, very weak tea, arriving with milk and hot water with tea bag still in, clearly no idea how to make a cup of tea, no option to make your own, no buffet option, no children's food option, expectation of payment for breakfast even when booked with a breakfast included. Made for an awkward conversation which maby guests had a breakfast with staff. Very slow service. Room was very tired looking. No information pack provided. Not suitable for families or those with disabilities.

Quickest check-in, plenty parking.

No breakfasts, apparently only provided on weekends, of no use for us. Took ages for hot water to come through. Only issued with 1 key card for both of us, I finished a day at work and my husband was out with the key card so I asked and got another, then found out they deactivated my husband's key card.

"Great location for pit stop for onward travel to South West"

Comfortable beds, location provided easy access to M5 for onward travel. Decor in the brassiere was very contemporary.

Decor in twin bedroom was very tired and in need of refresh. Room also had a lot of moths. Limited supply of tea/coffee/milk in room. Limited selection of items for continental breakfast and things like pastries not replenished when basket empty. Only one waiter on duty to serve very busy breakfast room leading to a long wait time for cooked breakfast. Expected better decor and service from previous experiences of Ramada badged hotels.
