"Everything we wanted in a great little gem of a hotel. Really lovely"

It was a lovely room, we have been before and had the garden room but it was already booked on this occasion. Next time we may go for a ground floor room as the stairs were quite steep. Breakfast choices were excellent with great service from the waitress. Check in was easy and again the staff member was charming and helpful. Great to have parking and to be able to stroll into town. We will certainly use this hotel again when we visit Norwich again.

nothing much to say but my husband was disappointed at the range of bottled beer. He's not a larger drinker!

"Don’t hesitate to book here and if you want to spend a fraction more try to get the Garden Suite, you won’t regret it"

Welcoming. Close to city. Had EV chargers. We had the Garden suite, which was like a mini home. Fab facilities. Staff very accommodating. Responded swiftly to enquiries before arrival. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

"Good location at reasonable value, very clean rooms."

Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and big windows that could be opened for fresh air. Good selection of options for breakfast at reasonable prices.

Bathroom felt slightly cramped. Had an evening meal in the hotel one night, which was disappointing for the cost (£26 for 2 courses). The starter was lovely, but the main seemed like a microwaved serving.
