"Great comfortable stay helped by having fans available as it was a warm week."

9.0

Hotel is a short walk from the city centre and dozens of attractions like Castle, museums, cafes, restaurants and huge selection of shops, unique, quirky and main chains. Car park is great and left the car there for a small daily charge as well as having electric charge points at reasonable charge

Small complaint that the towels were rather worn and had a few stains - perhaps investing in new ones would be a good decision.

"Great place to stay."

9.0

I very much enjoyed my car free stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast is served at the table and is quick and efficient, pleasantly served - great to get away from combative buffets with food poured over by everybody. I enjoyed the dinner I had, excellent food, well cooked. Although out of the centre of the city, it is a quick downhill to walk through the grounds of the old Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, now apartments, the Chapel Field Gardens to the city centre. A Uber to the train station costs around £6. There are bus stops nearby for the more adventurous! In my view good value for money. I loved the ambience and would certainly stay there again.

Nothing really, although take three pin adapters for recharging phones etc.

Nothing - but if you have a room upstairs the stairs are a challenge.

"Delightful small hotel, excellent service, very good location."

We usually stay at the other Best Western nearby - never tried this one before. Next time it will be difficult to choose, as I think this one is just as good. Breakfast service was excellent, and in a lovely room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy to walk into the city centre, or take a stroll around the nearby streets, which are so interesting and attractive and characteristic of this side of Norwich. Only downside is having to pay for parking - but being so near to the city centre, and with limited space on the site, this is not unreasonable.

Nothing comes to mind

"Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed my time in the hotel."

7.0

The staff were very welcoming and breakfast service was very good with a fair range of options. The hotel has a nice conservatory and garden, and is in a decent location.

The room was a bit dusty and the shower drain was blocked when I arrived, although this was fixed very quickly after I reported it.
