Location and the property is well maintained

Unfortunately, I didn’t find the room very comfortable. The temperature felt a bit too warm, but using the fan made it feel too cold. The duvet also seemed quite heavy and warm for the conditions.

The Staff were all really excellent and the rooms were all very clean. The breakfast was also very good!...

The original room didn't meet our expectations. we stayed in the coach house section. But unfortunately there were a couple of issueas that badly affected our sleep. The first (out of the control of the hotel), the council in there wisdom have placed a blinking beacon in the road adjoining the property which flashed into our bedroom all night. The second issue, we were situated on the ground floor. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be enough sound insulation between the floors as we could hear almost constant creaking of floor boards from above when the room was occupied. That said the staff were really excellent when the issue was raised and we were moved to a different accomadation block with none of the original issues!
