We met John at Gourock train station and he helped us find our way to the boat and got us to our hotel when it washis day off work. He went over and above. The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely & the location is perfect. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Dunoon for a stay.

We had no complaints. Everything went to plan and the hotel was clean & spacious.

It’s a beautiful old building with a lot of character. The bar service was friendly. The breakfast service was fast and the staff was kind.

The front desk staff was very helpful on arrival but not so much at check out.

Location to Queens Hall

Window could not be opened - the curtain rail was lose and didn’t cover window. The sink plug was black with dirt, bed tiny for 2 was like sleeping in a single. No one around at breakfast we sat and ate before anyone came over and to top off we got stuck in the lift.
