beds comfy, room was spacious, location is excellent.

bedding could have been a bit cleaner, a few stains on bed covers, and the blanket over the bed made my legs itch really badly, had to remove.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the complimentary items were a nice touch. The location is okay—not too far out, but not very good—and the room was quiet.

The building is very old, and the windows are extremely difficult to open or close, I felt like I hurt my back while trying. Additionally, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the bathroom—similar to a damp, dirty towel—that lasted throughout my entire three-day stay. The room itself is quite small. Furthermore, despite daily housekeeping, I found several towels covered in hair from previous guests, and the sink was unclean.

Staff welcoming & accommodating. Room as requested due to mobility issues on ground floor with accessible shower. Everything you needed. Short walk to Playhouse. Bar area good & reasonably priced.

We paid for small double room, which on the whole was a fair size. Only small issue we had in room was space between bottom of bed & wall.

Pretty central location, could walk to almost anywhere. Clean and comfortable room.
