Staff were very friendly. We stayed in the Mews 2-bedroom apartment which is at the back of the hotel. A strange location as you have to walk through the hotel and kitchen to access the apartment but the apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. We only spent one night so we did not use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. After we checked out, one of our party realized that they had left their Apple Watch on charge at the apartment. They went back to ask at reception and the cleaning crew had already found it and reception were trying to call us to inform us. We were very impressed by that.
