the staff.

the room was very dated,cracked celing that was loose,, 2 single beds pushed together ,, breakfast was very poor,small choose,awfull tea, for the price i payed i expected alot more, its just a very run down hotel what a horrible experiance. its a shame when travel lodges rooms are 100% cleaner and up to date.

Had been decorated beautifully

A spa hotel. I expected a POOL. Not £50 extra for 2 hours to use it. It was expensive we could have stayed somewhere for half the price. B&B because that’s all it was. Plus Sunday night it was empty and very boring. TV in the room was all of 12”. I had just finished cancer treatment and thought a Spa hotel would be perfect. But cried it was so disappointing
