"Bedrooms and bathrooms let the overall experience of the stay down."

It’s central location and bar/restaurant facilities.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were considerably outdated. We had to bring a few matters to the attention of reception and we were given another room. For the price of the stay I don’t believe it was good value for money.

Clean and tidy , spa , breakfast , staff were friendly

Moved to a smaller room with no tv above the bath , beds were not very comfy , too hard , menu in restaurant wasn’t great

Location. First impression as this had been modernised.

Totally overpriced for the experience and quality we had. The hotel rooms and amenities and breakfast were average. Modernisation was not consistent.

"Not good booked a family room and got a double, had to wait ages for another room to be prepared"

Dinner was good only choice one restaurant

Not told that one restaurant could use so limited to same menu both nights not a big choice . Was a jazz weekend on at hotel that if had known would not have booked, plus £100 to use spa facilities not worth the money and the room was old beds not comfy definitely needs new quilts bath robes hard and dingy and heating not good
