"nice clean rooms with lovely staff and good food all you want from a hotel"

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel all the staff were very helpful the room was lovely and the bar and restaurant area was very nice

could not fault our stay here will defiantly stay again when we are in the area

Good location

Heating didn't work in bedroom Refused to let us check in early even though we received an email saying it was possible, understaffed 1girl trying to do everything leaving the bar unattended for long times during the wedding

Breakfast was good but would have expected it to be included due to the price of the room Room was lovely with a wonderful view Very comfy bed Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful Restaurant food delicious and reasonably priced

price is quite high for just bed with no breakfast Bathroom needs updating Toilet brush needs replacing

"Special memories made in Lockerbie"

Hotel is spotless clean. Our room was number 16 and our morning view was awesome. Sheep and rabbits amused us. Bed is so comfy and enormous. And food is absolutely gorgeous, special compliments to the chef.

First night out room was too hot, corridors were too. Fan provided was noisy. So we slept without duvet.
