Great location, clearly recently renovated and very clean.

Really poor customer service, this isn’t really a hotel so much as a townhouse with multiple airbnb style private rooms. There’s no lobby, no reception — which isnt a problem in itself, but there was no way to communicate with staff. I extended my stay by a night and had to check out at 8am, sort my bags all day, and chrck back in after 5pm. Another night, an alarm went off in the entranceway all night — I messaged to let them know and they said they knew, but it went on for hours.

Over priced, no elevator or reception, good customer care but needed as the key box and address were conflicting in the email support. For the cost of the room there’s a lot asked of the customer, so from this perspective it doesn’t seem to match the price.

Mycket litet källarrum med minimala bekvämligheter, men kändes någorlunda fräscht. Ungefär som förväntat med tanke på priset och läget.

"Lower ground floor" betyder tydligen "källare". Något att ha i åtanke till kommande resor.

Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla, helppo liikkua kävellen. Hotelli oli hiljainen, rauhallinen, siisti, viihtyisä. Kylpyhuone oli erityisen siisti.

Olin double bed-huoneessa ja yllättäen sängyssä oli 1 tuplapeitto. Yövyin teini-ikäisen tyttäreni kanssa. En osannut odottaa yhtä peittoa, koska suomessa double bed-tarkoittaa yhtä isoa sänkyä ja kahta peittoa. Saimme toisen peiton vasta kolmantena yönä.

Das Zimmer ist stylisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Schlüsselabholung hat gut funktioniert.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Keller. Dort befand sich nur ein Fenster oben an der Decke, welches man nicht öffnen konnte. Das heißt, dass die einzige Luftzufuhr durch die Klimaanlage kommt. Die Klimaanlage hat jedoch in unregelmäßigen Abständen (zwischen 5 und 30 Minuten) immer wieder laute, klirrende und klappernde Geräusche gemacht, sodass ein ruhiger Schlaf unmöglich war. Das Problem bestand auch bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage, da trotzdem weiter eine Belüftung erfolgte! Wir haben keine der 5 Nächte auch nur halbwegs gut geschlafen, da die Klimaanlage uns ständig geweckt hat. Da wir auf einem Städtetrip waren, hatten wir das Zimmer lediglich zum Schlafen gebucht und das war nicht störungsfrei möglich. Das Team hat nach Meldung dieses Umstands versucht das Problem zu lösen, was jedoch bis zur Abreise nicht gelang. Wir haben nun im Nachhinein eine Erstattung von ca. 60 € bekommen, was bei über 1000€ Gesamtpreis nicht ausreichend ist.
