Location great and room had all I needed

The pillows weren’t comfortable enough and check in was confusing

Clean comfortable and very smart. Good to have tea and coffee. Great communication meant getting in and getting keys was very straightforward.

Not very much to complain about

Nice area and walking distance to city center. Quick reply from staff.

Cold water in the shower and bad lighting in the stairs leading down to the basement. Could have used more hangers in the bathroom and in the room overall.

The room and the location were excellent and communication with the hosts - instructions etc were very good.

I would suggest installing another light at the top of the staircase leading to the basement rooms. When leaving the light of the hallway it is quite difficult to locate the first step down.

Great location, nice rooms.

Pokey stairs to get heavy bags up and down. Also the instructions to get in were confusing and I heard a lot of people getting stuck outside during check-in.

ロケーションが最高。どこに行くにも地下鉄、バスで移動でき、歩いていける場所も多かった。近くに24時間のコンビニがあり、ウォーレンストリート駅まで行けばスーパーもアジア料理屋もパブもあって便利。 コインランドリーが少し離れた場所にあるけれど（バスで2駅くらい）、人が常駐して安全に使用できた。事前にコインランドリーのことを宿に聴いていたが、安全な場所を紹介してもらえて助かった。 地下で天窓しかなかったけど、空気もこもった感じがせず、清潔で快適に過ごせた。

お風呂に棚があると嬉しかった。長期滞在だったので、せめて冷蔵庫が必要だった。きちんと確認しなかった自分が残念。
