Great location, nice rooms.

Great location in Speyside and very nice looking, grand hotel.

Our second stay at this lovely Highland Hotel. All Staff are welcoming and so very helpful, friendly and observant, anticipating needs and offering timeous and approriate help. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable bedroom with adaptations to assist with mobility for one of us. Daily servicing of the bedroom to a high standard by friendly attentive staff. Attractive restaurant with lovely food and careful dietary adaptations (gluten free for us) by Chef and Servers. Attractive and comfortable lobby with daily papers and spacious and a comfortable bar for after dinner coffee and socialising. Lots of information is available on the local area, natural history and places of interest. A full programme of talks, walks and birdwatching is available from local expert leaders. The atmosphere is truly Highland at its best.

Old world charm. Friendly staff and a wonderful building in a great location

Nothing apart from my shaver socket not working. It might have been my shaver but will not know until I get home.

All well laid out with good options and choices

All was good and acceptable to a high standard, very quiet location with lots of historical and nature info.

The Hotel is in a prime location, has an interesting history, is very spacious and relaxed, it feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff were always there when you needed them and were very polite and friendly. We had very nice breakfasts.

The rooms are a little bit tired and creaky but that is part of the charm of this old hotel
