"Comfortable and good value but disturbed nights sleep due to automatic bathroom light"

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Not sure about the bathroom light coming on and going off automatically as the window from the room into the bathroom illuminated the room in the middle of the night.

Checking in was quick and efficient. We were welcomed by friendly staff and the room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful balcony with a view over the surrounding woodland.

Very poor practice, no business ethics followed here. They double booked and charged for the accommodation. Both booking.com and the property were responsible for the technical glitch for which I was penalised to pay over £120 for nothing. They could have easily spotted as no one will book two rooms in the same customer name.
