Hotel Le Croiseur Ginette

With a fabulous location within the walls, this family run hotel was a pleasant surprise. Super friendly and efficient couple at the reception. It is fantastic that the Hotel has a private car park and that the manager has taken and brought the car to the Hotel's door.Thank you very much.It is obvious that the park has costs ( 16 euros) but it is well worth it Very small room but with all the necessary facilities for a short stay.The elevator is very cute.tiny.The smallest in the world, I suppose..hehehee We didn´t take breakfast at the hotel,but the breakfast room looks very nice I recommend without any hesitation

Can only comment the bar and location :). Location fantastic in this busy city. The bar, well, the terrace is lovely and quiet and staff lovely and more importantly one of the only places in Brittany we got a really good apérol spritz 😉. Thank you

Fijn hotel vlakbij het centrum van de stad. Mooi stadje in een mooie omgeving.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la chambre étais bien propre et changer au top. L’accueil étais formidable, on pouvait rentrer à l’heure qu’on voulait. L’hôtel est très bien placé ( resto et commerce à côté et la plage même pas à 5min ) . Mon ami est moi avons adoré ce séjour et on vous remercie beaucoup de votre hospitalité .

Great location, warm and quiet room, good shower, comfy bed, TV with lots of British channels. Continental breakfast had all the variety you’d want for €8 extra. Coffee could have been hotter though. Away from the bedroom, there was a lounge area to relax where they served drinks. A clean and well-run hotel.

Location excellent. Everything spotless. Helpful & friendly couple. Room tight but fine. Bathroom very tight & impossible to keep folding shower door closed. Take a "friend"! Woken by very loud shower noise from next room. Secure parking a ten minute walk from hotel.

Ascenseur bruyant et trop petit.. Accueil excellent, hotel bien situé . Petit déjeuner copieux.

Hôtel idéalement situé (Saint-Malo intra-muros). Proche aussi des restaurants et possibilité shopping. Possibilité de louer un emplacement parking sécurisé (un box). Hôtelier agréable et disponible. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le petit déjeuner. La salle de bain semble avoir été refaite il y a peu. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

Family run in the Old City (‘intra muros’) 5 mins from Brittany Ferry terminal. Booked private parking; told on arrival it was several streets away. As husband disabled they parked car and returned next am, no problem. Reception is the bar area: a charming, informal welcome. Main door key and code provided for after 10pm. Smallest one person lift ever (100kg), we had hand baggage so managed. Our room (no 4) was very compact but actually fine. Immaculately clean including carpet, curtains, shower etc. Large window with street view. Tv with at least one channel in English. Adequate hanging space, armchair, small desk. King size (uk) bed comfortably firm and sliding door to shower/wc bathroom. Large radiator by bed so think it would be warm in winter. Couldn’t see aircon (?) we had window open. We got a deal so was only about €15 more than Ibis. The real joy was being 2 mins walk from masses of restaurants - this was a Sunday and most were open! We had a G&T each in the comfy bar/breakfast area before venturing out: €12. Didn’t have buffet breakfast as eating on ferry. Summary: There are probably larger rooms than ours but we adjusted quickly. The cleanliness, comfy bed and location for eating and shopping couldn’t be bettered. In summer one could sit outside. Highly recommended
