Hotel Le Croiseur Ginette

Excellent accueil dans cet agréable hôtel, très bien situé pour toutes promenades, et bien calme la nuit. Une literie très confortable, une décoration soignée et apaisante. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité avec un choix varié et largement suffisant. L'ascenseur est certes petit mais nous étions au 1 er étage avec une terrasse sur toit magnifique.En bref, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement, et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour dans cette magnifique ville qu'est Saint-Malo.

Homey feeling hotel right inside this beautiful walled city. Great location.

Easy to find with the bonus of cycle hoops outside in the market squar where I could safely secure my bicycle. A clean comfortable hotel with a bar and terrace. I stayed on possible the two noisiest nights of the year, Bastille Day and World Cup final, so noise from the city could be heard from my room. Only to be expected. However, as my window opened onto a private courtyard I was spared the early morning sounds of revellers rolling home and the noise of refuse, glass bottle collection which has been prevalent in other intra-muros hotels I have stayed in. I was extremely happy with my stay and I have already Reserved a room for July 2019!

Ideally located in the centre of the walled city only a few minutes from ramparts, beach, shops and restaurants so perfect for exploring. The hotel has a bar with inside and outdoor seating. My room had a window overlooking a private courtyard so the sounds of the nightlife (which was particularly enthusiastic given it was Bastille Day and World Cup final day over the weekend I was there) were quieter than I have known in other hotels intra-Muros. The room was well insulated and I was unable to hear anything from neighbouring rooms. There are public bicycle hoops nearby to the hotel where I could safely secure my bike which was ideal. I would definitely stay here again.

One night stay, which happened to be Bastille night (totally bonkers, but worth the spectacle) The hotel is in the middle of the old town which makes it a great location, but difficult to park. We had booked a spot in the hotel car park, but M’sieur and I decided that it would be too difficult to get through the crowds. Not a problem as we managed to park in a public car park just outside the walls. The room are a little cozy, but it is an old building in the middle of the old town. So worth the compromise? The owners are lovely people, who can’t do enough to help. As has previously been said, the breakfast is excellent. All in all I think the location outweighs the down side of the small rooms and lack of views. It’s a good solid family run hotel.

A wonderful holiday spent in a super hotel. Very clean excellent service at all times a hotel to be recommended.

Stayed here for three nights. If you want to use st malo as a base then travel to cancale, dinan, dinard etc, it might be a better idea to live outside the old town in my opinion, as in you don't have to walk at least 40 minutes per day or take taxi etc, but that's not the hotel's fault, it really depends on your travel plan. The hotel itself, great location, the owner was very friendly, bar and big TV downstairs. Supermarket down the corner. The room, great value for money.

Perfect location, super staff. Room was tiny and elevator was tinier! Breakfast was just right.
