"Hotel with a view!"

The best thing in the hotel is very nice views to the wineyards and Rouffach town. The garden and pool area is also cosy. Staff members were helpful. Free car parking is provided in the hotel's two parking lots. However, the interior is outdated. Having visited stunning 5 star hotels I would say that this is not it, but a 4 star hotel. Restaurant is quite good and has also very nice views. I think that the food was good but not the best we got during our stay in Alsace and a little bit over priced. Service is good and attentive. We vere not very hungry so we only took main courses but still got amouse bouches etc. and little petit fours which was nice. Indoor spa was a nice addition! There is a small swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. However, jacuzzi didn't smell so fresh. The swimming pool's water had a good temperature (not very warm but not too cool). Rouffach was a really quiet city (don't expect any shopping or buzz) but there were at least one café open in the morning and a couple of restaurants within 10-15 mins walking distance. The hotel was all and all worth a two nights visit.

"Hermoso castillo"

Un hermoso castillo muy bien conservado, el spa es nuevo y tiene psicina cubierta, hidromasaje sauna seco y humedo, muy completo. Tambien hay bicicletas de uso gratuito. Las vistas son increibles. Los precios tanto del desayuno como del restaurante son bastante caros. Algo para tener en cuenta es que hay un sector de habitaciones que estan en un edificio anexo, esto no lo recomiendo porque pierde el encanto. Lo que deberian mejorar es el wifi que es bastante malo

"Still a great hotel! "

Stayed here 9 years ago for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. Hotel is still just as great! Wonderful service, great restaurant, and one of the most unbelievable views in all of France!
