Konum olarak iyiydi gezilecek her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odalar küçük. Önünden tramvay geçiyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Notre séjour de 3 jours/2 nuits dans ces établissement s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est agréable, propre, accueillant, très bien situé, à 2 pas de la gare. Tout le personnel nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel. Nous ne manquerons d'y séjourner à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour sur Strasbourg. Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre sympathie.

Centrally located hotel, very close to train station. Nice design inside hotel and clean and comfortable. Good to have kettle in the room and good heating system also. Friendly and helpful staff, good price also

Ótima hospedagem, queremos voltar mais vezes! Atendimento bom, quarto extremamente confortável, cama e travesseiros bons e limpos, café da manhã com variedade, boa localização próximo ao centro da cidade. Bem em frente há uma estação de metrô, o que por vezes acaba tendo uma muvuca de pessoas que se torna desagradável até para o acesso ao hotel. Havia um pouco de barulho nos quartos ao lado e a acústica não era muito boa, esse foi o ponto negativo referente a estrutura do hotel, pois conseguíamos ouvir tudo. Num geral, a hospedagem foi muito boa e nos chamou atenção pelo diferencial no acolhimento ao hóspede, já logo na entrada nos ofereceram chocolate quente ou vinho sem custo, e este serviço ficava disponível para quando quiséssemos.

A so-so experience. The Hotel is in the city centre, so it is convenient to go everywhere. Our room faces the tram station so it is a bit noisy. The room was also too warm and we asked the staff two days in a row on how to adjust the temperature. The first day they said they will come to the room and follow up but did not show up. Another day they confidently said where the heating controller is located which was not true.
