Perfect location to explore Le Petite France. Quick walk from the train station. Rooms were nice and quiet. The lobby had some coffee and drinks that were nice to relax with.

We booked a family room. It was compact but served it's purpose. We carried out a review b4 booking so we knew what to expect. The location of the hotel for the centre is excellent

"Petite déjeuner décevant "

Le séjour de 2 nuits pendant le marché de Noël s'est très bien passé. Seul ombre au tableau, le second petit déjeuner. Arrivée à 9h40 il ne restait plus grand chose pour un service devant durée jusqu'à 11h. La gestion des quantités et Stock disponible devrait vraiment être revue. Plus de viennoiseries, plus de brioche, plus de yaourt....

Hôtel propre . Très bon accueil . Merci pour l'attitude professionnel à Fayçal qui a pu trouvé une solution rapide et efficace .Nous avoir guidé et bien expliqué,après avoir passé 2 heures pour trouver l'hôtel suite au difficulté route barrée. Hôtel compliqué d'accès en voiture pour déposer ma famille et les valise. Merci encore Fayçal de l'accueil.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable (réception, petit déjeuner, femmes de chambre). Hôtel au goût du jour, décoration actuelle. Peut-être envisager une seconde table de chevet dans la chambre. En tout cas très bon séjour et surtout proximité a pied !! Merci
