Banyoda ciddi bir su taşkını problemi var, duştan çıkana kadar banyonun tamamı en az 2 cm su dolmuştu, oda çok dardı fotoğraflardaki gibi değildi. Manzarası da yoktu zemin kattaydi. Girişte herhangi bir ikram da verilmedi. Genel olarak check in saatinin bu kadar geç olmasını da dogru bulmuyorum (15:00).Otelde 16 saat bile kalmamış olduk tekrar kalmayı dusunmem.

Good location, 10 min walk to the train station, quick walk to the Xmas markets. Hotel staff are friendly, efficient, and extremely polite. Enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient to Petite-France and all the other attractions.

What a lovely hotel! Perfect for a city break, within walking distance of the centre. Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities for luggage storage and a mulled wine on arrival - what a treat! The only downside was how hot the room got, with no aircon and only the fan. This meant we had to sleep with the window open (given this was during winter and a cold person, takes a lot for me to be warm!! But does show the hotel keeps the rooms warm).

Situé près de la zone des marchés de Noël et de gare. Bon emplacement.

Terrible. Point form for limited space: -booked 4 person suite (queen bed & couch) only thing available under $700 a night when booked - found out the Xmas Market was in town starting next day (after check out) so the high price tag vs. previous weeks was ridiculous -easy going travellers and found this place disgusting -checked into a 7 person room (queen/3 twin/couch).Asked if something smaller available and told no they were sold out, despite booking a smaller room (no sense in fighting but I was pretty sure I didn't book a 7 person room - just needed to get some sleep after long day travel). -room not cleaned in weeks -snot and blood and hair on curtains & bed sheets (and stains) -bathrooms had soap scum all around the bottom of the shower (inside and out) and filth on the floor from previous guests. Paint splatters on floors in bathroom from reno in 2022 still and small pieces of used toilet paper were around toilet -temp set at 29.5*C and too hot to sleep (A/C in ad did not work) -food from prev. guest under front of couch -crusty white stuff on coffee bar -shower too gross to use -we stayed against better judgement and left in the morn eager to get to next place to shower. Leaving our room to check out, we saw the cleaning caddy and it was mostly a restock station of sad coffee products. -@checking out, I mentioned all this and was told it would be passed on to director (apparently this was an upgraded room) -review on site wouldn't submit b/c was bad
