"Beware hacked booking system, otherwise great stay."

Big elegent rooms, good dinner.

My phone number was obtained by a fraudster, who contacted me on WhatsApp pretending to be the hotel and asking for credit card payment. I didn't pay, so haven't lost cash, but have had further whatsapp messages and I really don't like that my number and other details are in their hands, maybe being sold. This is definitely 100% due to this booking. Only booking.com and this hotel had my number as well as all the booking details. The hotel staff deny they have a problem, as does booking.com, but it has to be one of them. Both of them have been unhelpful in resolving this. Be warned.

"A good place to stay if you have a car."

Free parking. Good space in our family room.

No directions on heating & so I had to ask the staff. Only 2 coffee pods in our room that slept 4 people & no bottles of water even though there should have been some ( I didn’t go ask the front desk for them, thought). Other than that the place was nice, grounds beautiful & good parking.
