The Location was excellent so close to the Sanctuary. Staff were very helpful. Isobel was exceptional. So helpful. So friendly

Perfect location within 100m from Lourdes shrine. Eating in the hotel is exceptional and very good price. Isabelle our host in the hotel was exceptional helpful.

No toothbrush, no toothpaste, etc.

The staff were exceptional! pleasant and helpful at all times!

The bar did not stock spirits .ie Bacardi that 1 of our group drank and the vodka tasted of liquorice so we had to partake elsewhere . perhaps it was too early in the season! but not a major setback .

Location was fine. But the hotel itself was dark and no lights. Had to walk around to seek for help. The receptionist was not very helpful.

The room was so dull and very disappointed the way it was presented. Nothing like it is on the picture. I had to move the same day to a different hotel. I didn’t even get a refund .
